I started using reta 5 months ago. I am only at 4 mg once per week, and down 45 lbs. It takes away food noise within a few weeks and just makes you want to eat healthier. It helps take away inflammation. I weigh my self in the morning and still weigh the same by the end of the day because I’m not holding onto any inflammation. It has made my monthly cycle on regular schedule and took away a lot of symptoms ladies get from that. I have stayed on a fairly low dose so I still eat.
