Due to the nature of our research products, except where required by applicable law, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve any eligible issue.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or orders that have been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elevapeptides.ca. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please do not return any products without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped will be subject to the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the payment method.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If a refund is approved for an order paid by cryptocurrency, the refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any network or transaction fees associated with a cryptocurrency refund may be deducted from the refunded amount.
